Welcome to Davito, an independent Italian pizzeria and takeaway on Ronaldsway in Preston. Everything we serve is freshly prepared to order – from our stone-baked pizzas with crisp, thin bases to traditional pasta dishes cooked the way they should be.
Our pizza dough is proved slowly and hand-stretched, then stone-baked for a light, crisp base and a proper chew at the crust. We top it generously with quality ingredients – San Marzano-style tomato, fior di latte mozzarella, and classic Italian toppings – rather than cutting corners.
Our pasta is cooked to order, never sitting under a heat lamp. Try our Spaghetti Da Vito, our signature Tortellini Vulcano, or a classic Carbonara done the traditional way (if you like) – no cream, just egg, pecorino and guanciale.
Something for everyone
Alongside our pizza and pasta you’ll find Italian appetisers, loaded fries, wraps, a dedicated kids’ menu, and desserts including homemade-style Tiramisu and our Nutella pizza. We also cater for dietary needs – vegan cheese, gluten-free pasta and gluten-free pizza bases are available on request.
